Established in the summer of 2019, Laker Coffee Co. is your Alberta Proud go to for high-quality, hand-selected small batch coffee online, or in our amazing custom built trailer.
Created by Jordan, who has been a coffee aficionado for 30+ years, the mobile coffee trailer was the jumping off point for Laker Coffee. We have been proud to establish Laker as a purveyor of high-end specialty brew and quality beans.
WHY LAKER?
The Laker name is an homage to Jordan's father, a lifelong fisherman of the lakes of Canada. It remains a family business from top to bottom with children, siblings and spouses overseeing all operations of the company.
OUR MISSION
Laker Coffee’s mission is about quality. Our partners have travelled the world and developed a quality-focused—and sustainable—relationship with some of the world’s best coffee bean farms, from Arica to South America. We aim to bring this world-class coffee to a growing coffee community in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We want high-quality coffee to be accessible and available to the people of Edmonton and surrounding communities and we want to be the ones to provide that coffee. We want to give our customers a unique and memorable coffee experience that they will remember and return to. We endeavor to be that little moment of enjoyment, a momentary reprieve, that you experience during your day.
